Rolando is a seasoned psychotherapist and Co-Occurring Disorders specialist who holds both a license in clinical social work (LCSW) and alcohol and drug counseling (LADC). He has over 30 years of experience in Connecticut hospitals as a practitioner and supervisor within medical and psychiatric inpatient and ambulatory services and outpatient primary care, psychiatric and behavioral health clinics. 

Rolando has a comprehensive approach to treatment drawing on advanced biopsychosocial knowledge and assessment skills and applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other specific or appropriate evidenced-based practices to his work with youth, adults, and families in crisis, transition or coping with a range of mental health and environmental stressors and issues.
