DIRECTIONS

Our Locations:

Pathways is located in a private and serene setting in Essex, CT. The building was formerly a residence and we have tried to retain the comfortable feelings of a home environment. Pathways is easily accessed from several main roads.

Our second location is conveniently located in East Lyme on Flanders Road on the second floor of the Liberty Bank Building.

Directions to our Essex office:

I-95 North: Take Exit 65 off I-95 and turn left off the ramp onto Rte 153 toward Essex. Follow for approximately 3 miles. When you see signs for the emergency medical clinic you can begin slowing down. Our building will be on the right hand side directly across from the clinic.

I-95 South: Take Exit 69 onto Rte 9 North toward Middletown. Take Exit 3 off Rte 9.  Take a left off of the ramp to a 4-way intersection/stop light.  At light, take left onto Rte. 153 (Plains Road). Follow straight for approximately 2 miles. When you see signs for the emergency medical clinic you can begin slowing down. Our building will be on the left hand side directly across from the clinic.

Rte 9 South: Take Exit 3 off Rte. 9.  At the end of the exit (stop sign) go straight across.  At the next stop sign, take a right onto Rte. 153 (Plains Road). Follow straight for approximately 2 miles. When you see signs for the emergency medical clinic you can begin slowing down. Our building will be on the left hand side directly across from the clinic.

Directions to our East Lyme office:

Route 9 South:  Follow Rt 9 to I -95 North.  Take exit 74,  go left on Flanders Road, Liberty Bank will be on your left. Our office is located on the 2nd floor of the Liberty Bank building, parking is in the rear.
